Designer-Renovated Miami Beach Condo Lists for $15.2 Million
A fully renovated oceanfront condo in Miami Beach, Florida, has hit the market for $15.2 million, nearly double its sale price just two years ago.
Located at 57 Ocean, a 70-unit tower, the12th-floor corner residence offers walls of glass framing views of the ocean and beach, as well as 12-foot deep terraces looking out over the sand, according to the listing with Dan Hechtkopf and Marci DeClaris of Douglas Elliman.
Debbie Kalimian of A&R Kalimian Realty purchased the 3,346-square-foot apartment two years ago for $8.725 million, property records show. She and designer Stephanie Cohen reimagined the home into a sophisticated and playful space that serves as a comfortable place for friends and family to gather, Kalimian said.

“The ever-changing views of sand, sea and sky influenced my choices of the textures,” Kalimian said. “My goal in selecting the color palette was to create a harmonious connection with nature.”
That included using grays and sea greens throughout, as well as herringbone wood flooring. It has an open living area with built-ins and terrace access and an adjacent kitchen with custom Poliform cabinetry, an island, and Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, plus a breakfast nook.
There are four bedrooms and five full bathrooms, with the primary suite also leading to the terrace, according to the listing.
The building has 220 feet of ocean frontage, a wellness pavilion with treatment and meditation areas, saunas, steam room and plunge pools and a state-of-the-art fitness center.
“The building itself is one of the premier buildings in all of Miami,” Hechtkopf and DeClaris said in a statement. “Newly developed and located on the iconic Millionaire’s Row of Miami Beach, the building … [is] walkable via the 100-block boardwalk to all the great restaurants and resorts.”
