This waterfront Miami mansion is on the market for a mega $44 million.

That’s a bold price, considering that the seller — entrepreneur Christopher Burch, co-founder of Tory Burch, his ex-wife’s eponymous fashion label — bought the property for $14.2 million in 2020.

Since then, the 7,746-square-foot home has been “reimagined” by glam architect/interior designer Dara Huang.

The six-bedroom, seven-bath, two-powder room home, at 5050 N Bay Road, was built in 1936 and sits on 0.74 acres. It comes with stunning views of the Miami skyline and Biscayne Bay, along with 139 feet of water frontage.
