It was a brief stay, but Douglas Elliman celebrity broker Fredrik Eklund announced on Instagram that he and his family are trading L.A. for Miami. And now, the former Million Dollar Listing New York star is now also looking for a renter for his Beverly Hills home.

Citing expanding business opportunities in Miami, Eklund wrote that his twins also got into a Florida-based school, prompting the move. “We’re so exited for this new chapter,” Eklund wrote. “I do need to be closer to New York where the business is bigger than ever.”

As for the real estate, Eklund and co. will rent out their Beverly Hills home for a cool $50,000. Touted in the listed as having been featured in Architectural Digest and Vogue, the East Coast traditional estate boasts eight bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms across 5,674 square feet of living space. Features in a two-story foyer, open floor plan, formal dining and living rooms, copper, blue and pink kitchen with a custom L’Atelier Paris range. 

The resort-style backyard is adorned with mature olive trees, with a BBQ and bar area, ample patio space and a dining area. The property also offers a gym, sauna, cold dip, and home office.
