Lionel Messi has completed his new transfer move to Inter Miami and joined America’s Major League Soccer (MLS) after leaving Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) and Ligue 1. Apparently, Premier League (PL) club, Arsenal will play against the MLS All-Star team on July 20 but will Lionel Messi take part in that game?
It is quite evident that football fans can’t wait to see the Greatest Of All Time making his debut for Inter Miami. But one thing should be noted that the MLS club is set to unveil Lionel Messi on July 16 and it is quite expected that the seven-time Ballon d’Or winner won’t be playing for MLS All-Star against Arsenal since he needs to settle with the condition.
Moreover, Major League Soccer recently revealed the squad list for the MLS All-Star game, and the 36-year-old has not been included in the squad. So it is quite evident that he won’t be playing against Arsenal and the football fans had to wait for few more days to see their favourite player wearing a new jersey. However, the former PSG star player will most likely play his first match for Inter Miami on July 22 in the Leagues Cup match against Cruz Azul.
Lionel Messi has left PSG after making his debut for the Paris club in 2021 following which he played 75 matches and scored 32 goals for the club. Before the end of this season, there were rumours that the Argentine legend will be leaving PSG and later he himself confirmed it.
