Gray Capital Hires Katrina Greene as Director of Property Management
Gray Capital, a family-owned and operated private equity real estate firm specializing in the strategic investment and acquisition of multifamily apartments in growing markets throughout the Midwest, today announces local Indy resident, Katrina Greene, as the new Director of Property Management for Gray Residential, the company’s in-house property management firm.
Greene brings over two decades of real estate experience to the firm. Prior to joining Gray Capital, she most recently worked at Sheehan Property Management as the Director of Property Management for over eight years. Starting as a leasing associate with Gibraltar Management in 2001, she has built an extensive career in the apartment industry, bringing deep expertise, and a multi-faceted approach to Gray Capital’s leadership team.

Katrina specializes in on-site management, digital marketing sales, single-family home sales, staging, renovations, and lease-ups. Alongside her impressive professional experience, Katrina serves in leadership roles, is actively engaged in the professional community and the Indiana Apartment Association (IAA), and has over 5 years of experience as an instructor for the National Apartment Association (NAA).
As Director of Property Management, Katrina will develop and maintain strong relationships with the property managers, tenants, vendors, and contractors of Gray Capital. She will also manage, lead, and develop the property management staff, ensuring a thorough understanding and implementation of operations, policies, and procedures as well as expanding the business base through regular engagement with key investors and prospective clients.
Katrina is a graduate of Miami University in Ohio. She earned a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation from the National Apartment Association (NAA) and is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) Candidate with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
