Artefacto launches its first U.S. real estate venture in South Florida

VDA | Origin Miami, a Chilean development company, has formed a partnership with home-furnishings brand Artefacto to create Origin Residences by Artefacto, a 27-unit condominium project under development at 9760 W. Bay Harbor Drive in Bay Harbor Islands. It will be the first real estate venture in the United States for both VDA and Artefacto.

The two- to four-bedroom, fully furnished residences will range from 1,300 to 2,330 square feet, and start at $1.4 million. Unit purchasers will coordinate the custom design of their residence with Artefacto’s design team, but unit features will include private balconies, Italian-style kitchens, modern bathrooms with Italian marble and European cabinetry, Italian porcelain flooring and storage space.

Origin’s amenities will include a private marina, a rooftop pool with a summer kitchen and bar, a lobby lounge, a children’s playroom, coworking space, a gym, a “pet zone” and more.

Construction on the seven-story waterfront building is scheduled to begin in the third quarter of 2023, with completion expected 18 months thereafter.
