Miami Heat All-Star Jimmy Butler Scores a $7.45M New Mansion

Miami Heat star Jimmy Butler has scooped up new digs in Miami, the South Florida Business Journal reports. The All-Star forward paid the princely price of $7.45 million.

As we previously reported, Butler has been on the hunt for a new home. He reportedly tossed his former Miami mansion to a new owner for $7.1 million in 2021. The sale was a nice payday for the player—he had picked up the spread for $4.5 million in 2019.

Not that he’s in need of cash. The six-time All-Star agreed to a $184 million, four-year contract extension with the Heat last year.

Along with a new contract, it looks as if “Jimmy Buckets” has scored a new crib—probably because he was looking for an even more private location to rest his head when off the court.

The European-inspired build, which the listing bills as “the best location in Miami,” is just one of 12 in the gated Stonegate community. Its residents enjoy their own tennis court and park.

Built in 2000 and spanning 6,148 square feet, the spacious, airy residence offers six bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms.

Now 32, the basketball phenomenon started his career with the Chicago Bulls in 2011. He then played for the Minnesota Timberwolves and the Philadelphia 76ers before joining the Heat in 2019. With Butler on board, the team made it to the NBA finals in 2020.
