Grovenor House Leads Miami-Dade Weekly Condo Sales


Miami-Dade County condo sales and total dollar volume fell last week.

Brokers closed 160 sales last week, down from 199 the week prior. Total dollar volume reached $109 million, versus $120 million the week earlier. 

The latest sales averaged $682,000, up from $604,000. The average price per square foot also rose, to $525 from $514, according to data from condo.com.

Last week, a Grovenor House condo in Coconut Grove snagged the top spot at $4.3 million. Anthony Lauria had the listing, and Geane Brito represented the buyer. Both agents are with Compass Florida. The condo spent 16 days on the market and closed at $1,610 per square foot.

The runner-up was a sale at Mondrian. Unit TS-2/3 at 1100 West Avenue in Miami Beach sold for $3.9 million — or $947 per square foot — after 250 days on the market. Juliana Ospina with Compass had the listing.
