Kirkand & Ellis Takes Six Floors in Miami’s 830 Brickell Office Tower

International law firm Kirkland & Ellis has signed a six-floor, 115,000 square-foot lease at 830 Brickell in Miami, FL.

The 55-story tower, developed in partnership by real estate development firm OKO Group and privately held investment firm Cain International, is nearing completion in the Brickell Financial District and will be delivered in early 2023.

830 Brickell’s ownership was represented by Cushman & Wakefield’s Brian Gale, Ryan Holtzman and Andrew Trench of Cushman & Wakefield. Kirkland & Ellis was represented by Neil Goldmacher, Mitchell Millowitz and Ryan Rosalsky of Newmark and by Kevin Kushner of CBRE.

“830 Brickell is the only Class A+ office building in Miami history to be fully pre-leased ahead of its completion, with the majority of its tenants being major new-to-market corporations,” said Tranch. “Global companies like Kirkland & Ellis, Microsoft and Citadel are changing the face of Miami’s business landscape and they’re looking to 830 Brickell as their home in one of the world’s most dynamic cities.”
