Miami to add Florida State’s Sabbath Joseph to off-field staff
Mario Cristobal hasn’t announced who his offensive or defensive coordinator would be, but he did add another off-field staffer with ties to South Florida.
InsideTheU learned on Wednesday that Florida State defensive analyst Sabbath Joseph was making the move back home to Dade County to help on the defensive side of the ball. His exact role is still unclear, but an analyst or quality control position is most likely.

Josepth who was a standout linebacker at USF, coached at Miami Central and led the Rockets defense to four consecutive 6A state titles. During his time on 95th street, Joseph helped produce over 40 Divison I football players, including three Under Armour All-Americans at linebacker.
His primary role with the Seminoles was as a recruiter and was key in landing UCF transfer linebacker Tatum Bethune. Joseph was also a major player in Florida State’s recruitment of Miami signee Wesley Bissainthe.
