Mohr Partners Expands in Northeast, CBRE Recruits Executive From JLL, Colliers Expands Life Science Group

Mohr Partners, a global end-to-end corporate real estate services firm, is growing in the New York, New Jersey and Connecticut region, and has recruited a 27-year industry veteran to lead the charge.

Harry Delany has joined Mohr Partners as a senior member of the firm’s global corporate services division in New York City.

In his new role, Delany will oversee account and transaction management for occupier services clients, including leading Fortune 500 firms that have hired Mohr to handle management of their industrial, office, retail and healthcare real estate.

Delany will also be part of the company’s strategy and growth team, led by Misti Meggs, who oversees portfolio strategy, site selection, business incentives and change management for Mohr Partners’ large-cap enterprise clients.

In a statement, Meggs said that Delany’s “extensive experience in managing and executing complex real estate transactions will allow him to help our clients navigate through the changes taking place in today’s workplace.”

Delany most recently served as a senior member of Colliers’ global corporate services division for nearly five years, where he was responsible for supervising transaction and account management functions for some of the brokerage’s largest occupier clients.

Before that, Delany worked at Marcus & Millichap in New Jersey and New York. He began his corporate real estate career in 1995 as a transaction manager for AT&T’s global real estate, overseeing $1.5 billion in real estate transactions during his eight years there.

The news comes on the heels of Mohr Partners’ announcement that it hired seasoned financial real estate veteran Ben Fujihara in its Dallas headquarters. Fujihara is leading the firm’s national brokerage recruiting program with the stated goal of doubling its U.S. brokerage headcount over the next five years as part of Mohr’s long-term growth plan.
