Here’s How a Swiss Real Estate Firm Plans to Develop Rare Site in Brickell Area

A rare development site west of Brickell has sold to a Switzerland-based real estate investment firm.

Empira Group bought the 0.53-acre site, located in The Roads, a residential neighborhood with one of the highest barriers to entry for developers due to high demand and restrictions as to what type of property can be built.
