Berkadia Adds SVP of Product to Innovation Team 

Berkadia announced today the addition of Senior Vice President of Product Eglae Recchia to the innovation team. Recchia will report to EVP and Chief Innovation Officer Damu Bashyam.

Recchia joins Berkadia from Goldman Sachs where she served as the Global Head of Digital Products for the Investment Banking Division. There, she led IBD digital products and strategic information. Recchia was responsible for long-term digital functional roadmaps that brought efficiencies, automations, and growth to the investment bank.

Prior to Goldman Sachs, Recchia was at Freddie Mac, serving as Chief Product Owner of Customer Management Tools, where she led the restructuring, vision, strategic alignment and execution of a unified customer engagement platform in Single Family.

Recchia holds an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management and received her Bachelor of Science in Philosophy and Advertising from the University of Miami.
