MIAMI REALTORS® names 2025 20 Under 40 

The MIAMI Association of REALTORS® and the MIAMI Young Professionals Network announced the 2025 class of 20 Under 40 winners. 

The award is given to 20 MIAMI YPN Realtors under the age of 40 who have demonstrated excellence in their careers, leadership and involvement with the community, according to the sponsors. 

“We are once again shining the light on South Florida’s youngest top producers,” MIAMI YPN President Simo Labriti said. “MIAMI has named over 120 top producers under 40 since 2020. Realtors are the heart of the community. Let’s work together to elevate our profession, help young Realtors in our association and provide them a platform for success.” 

Chicago’s MainStreet Organization of REALTORS® selected the winners, who will be honored with a ceremony in early 2026.
