After trailing by as many as 9, the Wildcats have rallied to take a small halftime lead. Bryce Lindsay’a 14 points on 4 of 7 from 3-point range leads the way for Nova.

There’s just over 6 minutes left in the game and the Pride are hanging tough with a second-half rally. Preston Edmead has 21 points for Hofstra as they try to level things.

The Tide have turned this one into a 10-point game straight out of the halftime break with a flurry of offense.

The Aggies are are outscoring Villanova 16-2 in the paint while Nova is mostly relying on outside shots. Advantage USU so far.

Utah State 22, Villanova 13 | mid 1st half

It’s been a pretty evenly contested game so far in the Midwest region. Aiden Sherrell has picked up the offensive slack a bit with Aden Holloway out. He has 12 points and 9 rebounds, but isn’t shooting the ball particularly well (4 for 11).

The winner of this game will face No. 7 Kentucky on Sunday. Can the Pride pull off the first big upset of Day 2?
