Girl, 4, drowns in northeast Miami-Dade pool
MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. — A 4-year-old girl drowned in a pool in northeast Miami-Dade on Thursday.

It happened at a home near the 20200 block of Northeast 15th Avenue, in the county’s Ives Estates area, according to the Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office.
A Local 10 News crew was at the scene after authorities said they rushed the girl to Jackson North Medical Center, where she was later pronounced dead.
No other details were immediately released.
