MIAMI — The Miami Heat are celebrating their first NBA Championship this week.
Tuesday night, the Heat continued to celebrate 20 years since that monumental first championship win in 2006.
The team first kicked of the week with their star-studded gala on Monday, and Tuesday the fun continued with 2006 NBA Champions Night at Kaseya Center as the Heat hosted the Atlanta Hawks.
Former players from that dream team, including Dwyane Wade and Shaquille O’Neal, Udonis Haslem and Alonzo Mourning, were there being celebrated by a packed arena full of Heat pride.
The evening also included with a party on the AT&T Plaza outside Kaseya Center, and they called in a fellow Heat legend to spin on the ones and twos: DJ Irie.
