A 68-year-old Miami Beach man, Justo Monteagudo, is behind bars after walking into a police station with a Burger King bag and requesting a warm place to eat. Officers let him sit in the lobby, but moments later, he was arrested for arson in a turn of events. CBS News Miami’s Chelsea Jones has the latest.
