Pagani turns its Miami residences into a private ecosystem for exotic car care and concierge services
Pagani Residences has announced a supercar concierge system at its upcoming Miami condo tower – creating a dream place to live for car enthusiasts.
Pagani Residences announced its ambitious residential plans in Miami’s North Bay Village back in 2024.
The ultra luxurious development is made up of just 70 homes with prices starting from $3.7 million and soaring all the way to $30 million for a penthouse.
And if you think that all sounds pretty luxurious, wait until you hear about the next-level automotive concierge service at the tower.

The supercar concierge service will go the extra mile
It’s safe to assume that the people who end up living in the Pagani Residences will have impressive car collections.
And to ensure those stunning supercars are kept in tip-top condition, Pagani Residences and Prestige Imports have launched a bespoke Auto Privata concierge program.
Residents will be able to buy memberships or choose from a full menu of services to help maintain and look after their vehicles.
As you might expect from Pagani, this is no ordinary concierge service.
The experts from Prestige Imports will train up a valet team at the building, ensuring everything is carried out to an impeccable standard, and will provide monthly vehicle condition reports.
Those lucky enough to live inside the tower will be able to schedule a maintenance or service, as well as have access to a huge range of services covering everything from detailing to enclosed transporting for exotic vehicles.

Basically, it’s going to be an absolute haven for car lovers.
The newly announced car concierge service is far from the only high-end amenity on offer at the development.
There’s also a private residents’ lounge with a library and media room, a pet spa, several wellness facilities including a state-of-the-art fitness center and yoga studios, and a rooftop pool with a sky lounge.
Meanwhile, each of the 70 residences will have interiors that are ‘inspired by Leonardo da Vinci’s principles of Art and Science’ and are designed to create spaces that ‘combine a refined aesthetic with cutting-edge technology, a testimony to the artistry created by Pagani Arte’.

More carmakers are moving into real estate
Pagani isn’t the only carmaker that’s branched out into residential developments in recent years.
Mercedes-Benz has unveiled its luxury residential project in Dubai, with 12 towers named after its concept cars.
Bugatti is also currently building its own development in Dubai, which is due to open up later this year.

And Porsche has a couple of towers to its name, one in Bangkok and one in Miami.
Elsewhere in Miami, Aston Martin has built a penthouse, so it looks as though the Pagani Residences will be in good company when it opens up in 2028.
