‘The WELL Coconut Grove’ Breaks Ground at 2835 Tigertail Ave, Miami, FL
A multi-million-dollar project in Miami has finally broken ground after being in the works for nearly five years.
The WELL Coconut Grove is set to measure eight stories above grade and feature 194 condos. The residences will span 960 to 4,200 square feet, with the cost of ownership starting at $1.5 million. At the time of publication, the South Florida Business Journal reported that 50 percent of the units were already pre-sold.
In-unit amenities would include imported Italian cabinetry, Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, and integrated smart home technology. Select units would come outfitted with “wellness dens,” intended to host workouts, meditations, and small gatherings.

Communal amenities at the wellness-inspired community would include a 40,000-square-foot rooftop deck, pickleball court, and tea garden, among other high-end offerings. A unique amenity includes the community’s conservatory, which offering co-working space and IV therapy.
Terra and AB Asset Management are the developers. They acquired the 2.2-acre build site for $21.7 million in 2021. Two years later, in March 2023, Florida YIMBY reported that the pair secured $43.2 million in refinancing for the project, then known as “Residences in the Grove.” Plans have since changed.
Arquitectonica is the architect. Meyer Davis is the interior designer. The WELL Coconut Grove is planned for a late 2028 release at 2835 Tigertail Ave, Miami, FL 33133, in Miami-Dade County.
