Miami’s ViceVersa Heads North

Miami’s award-wining aperitivo bar has a new home at the Four Seasons Hotel and Residences Fort Lauderdale. Although temporary, this popup has garnered a lot of buzz and for all the right reasons. Helmed by talented bartender and overall master of flavors Valentino Longo, this residency will run through May 2026.

Longo is a veteran bartender who cut his teeth at some of the best hotel bars around the world. He then went on to open his own bar, ViceVersa, in Miami last year and now the James Beard-nominated bar is bringing its Italian flair north. 

Celebrating the art of leisure, ViceVersa’s cocktails are inspired by that Italian state of mind and deliver unique selections including the ViceVersa Negroni, Beeswax Old Fashioned and Martini Doppio, among others. The bar is open daily from 5 p.m. to midnight.
