A North Miami Beach Uber driver has been arrested and charged with lewd and lascivious conduct after police say he had inappropriate contact with a 15‑year‑old passenger who requested a ride through the app. Uber called the incident “deeply disturbing” and said the driver’s access was removed as soon as the report was filed.
