MLS Cup Prize Money Breakdown — How Much Will Inter Miami & Vancouver Whitecaps Earn?
Inter Miami will face the Vancouver Whitecaps in Saturday’s MLS Cup final at Fort Lauderdale’s Chase Stadium. In addition to lifting the cup, there will be prize money on the line.
The team that wins the MLS Cup will receive $300,000, while the runner-up will earn $150,000. There wasn’t any change from last year’s prize money.

Both Inter Miami and Vancouver are playing in the MLS Cup for the first time in their respective club histories.

Superstar forward Lionel Messi leads an Inter Miami that is favored to win the championship match. The 38-year-old Argentine has contributed to 13 of Miami’s 17 postseason goals. Teammate Tadeo Allende (8) has scored the most goals during the 2025 MLS Cup playoffs.
That said, Vancouver attacking midfielder Thomas Muller has a history of winning finals for Germany and his former club Bayern Munich. Muller has scored one goal through four playoff appearances. American striker Ben White has scored two goals in two postseason matches.

The match will kick off at 2:30 p.m. Eastern Time on Saturday. It will be broadcast on MLS Season Pass, Apple TV, FOX, FOX Deportes, TSN and RDS.
