MIAMI REALTORS®, Stellar MLS ink listing-sharing agreement

The MIAMI Association of REALTORS® and Stellar MLS entered a reciprocal MLS-access agreement to begin sharing listings on Sept. 30.

Users of MIAMI REALTORS’® SEFMLS and Stellar MLS, which serves central and southwest Florida, including Orlando and Tampa, as well as Puerto Rico, will be able to access one another’s listings using their existing IntraMatrix database logins without the need for additional memberships

“Our reciprocal MLS access agreement with MIAMI REALTORS® is a win for real estate professionals, the consumers they serve and ultimately, the industry as a whole,” said Stellar MLS CEO Merri Jo Cowen in a press release. “It connects major markets across Florida and gives our collective customers a broader, more timely view of the marketplace.”

MIAMI REALTORS® already has listing-access agreements with eight other MLS platforms, including OMNI MLS in Mexico City, FMLS in Atlanta MLS Listings in Northern California and Bright MLS in the Mid-Atlantic.

“MIAMI and its data share partners are gaining even more listing exposure for their clients thanks to these landmark partnerships in key markets,” MIAMI CEO Teresa King Kinney said. “Through IntraMatrix, REALTORS® can network, build exciting new referral opportunities and make more deals.”
