Driver sought after woman killed in hit-and-run in NW Miami-Dade – NBC 6 South Florida
Authorities are searching for a driver and vehicle involved in a hit-and-run in northwest Miami-Dade over the weekend that left a woman dead.
The incident happened shortly before 5:30 a.m. in the area of the 3400 block of Northwest 32nd Avenue.
Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office officials said 26-year-old Stefhany Reconco-Rosales was struck by a vehicle at an intersection.
Video from the scene showed a deputy doing CPR and chest compressions on her before she was placed in an ambulance.
But Reconco-Rosales, who was from Honduras, died from her injuries.
Sheriff’s office officials said they’re searching for a 2014-2020 4-door Cadillac Escalade that’s white and possibly has front end damage.

A reward of up to 5,000 is being offered for information leading to an arrest.
