New multi-service tax collector’s office opens in Downtown Miami | Miami
For Island residents in need of services such as reinstating or clearing a suspended driver license or ID, can now do so in Downtown Miami.
Miami-Dade County Tax Collector Dariel Fernandez, this week, announced the opening of a new Tax Collector’s Office located inside the Richard E. Gerstein Justice Building, Central Court of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court of Miami-Dade County, located at 1351 NW 12th St, in Downtown Miami.
The office, opened in collaboration with Miami-Dade County Clerk of the Court & Comptroller Juan Fernandez-Barquin, is fully operational with three service windows, providing residents with a wide range of services. In addition to assisting with driver license and identification card reinstatements, the branch accepts vehicle registration renewals, license plate surrenders, specialty parking permit applications, and property and business tax payments.
