Man fatally shot in NW Miami-Dade, subject taken into custody – NBC 6 South Florida

A man was killed Saturday evening after he was shot in Northwest Miami-Dade, deputies said.

According to the Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to the report of a shooting at Northwest 70th Street and Northwest 27th Avenue.

Once at the scene, the victim was found inside a vehicle suffering from gunshot wounds.

He was then taken to the a nearby hospital in critical condition, where he succumbed to his injuries.

His identity was not disclosed.

Deputies said a subject connected to the shooting was taken into custody.

An investigation into the shooting remains active.
