Search underway for 19-year-old reported missing from Miami – WSVN 7News | Miami News, Weather, Sports

MIAMI (WSVN) – The City of Miami Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a teen who went missing.

Joel Torres, 19, was last seen on Coral Way in Miami, wearing a black and blue long sleeve with dark pants.

He’s 5 feet and 5 inches tall and weighs 160 pounds and has short, curly brown hair.
