1 found dead, another found injured inside Miami-Dade trailer

MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. – The Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office is investigating after one person was found dead and another was found injured early Thursday morning inside a trailer in southwest Miami-Dade, authorities confirmed to Local 10 News.

According to MDSO, deputies responded to the area of Southwest 204th Avenue and 232nd Street around 12:45 a.m. to perform a welfare check at a trailer.

Deputies said they spotted an unconscious male inside while looking through a bedroom window.

Authorities confirmed that one victim was pronounced dead at the scene and a second person was transported to Jackson South Medical Center in critical condition.

The agency’s Homicide Unit has assumed the investigation.

No other details were immediately released.
