Mike Pouncey asks $6.95M for his Fort Lauderdale home

You can have a field day with this home — literally.

Mike Pouncey, once a standout center on the Miami Dolphins and the Los Angeles Chargers, is set to list his expansive Fort Lauderdale residence — a contemporary waterfront property for $6.95 million that features its own waterfront football field, The Post has learned.

Located at 509 Coconuts Isle Drive in the exclusive Las Olas Isles neighborhood, Pouncey told The Post he was leaving for a bigger estate in the Sunshine State.

“We built our retirement home on a 220-acre ranch in Okeechobee and plan to move there full-time once our son finishes high school,” the 35-year-old Pouncey said of his 11-year-old son Kayden, whom he shares with partner Krissy.

Built in 2020, this 4,380-square-foot dwelling boasts five bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms and a rare amenity: A sprawling outdoor field suited for football, soccer, or even putting, perched along 100 feet of canal frontage with direct ocean access and no obstructing bridges.

“There was originally a house on the lot next door, which I tore down to build a football field for added privacy,” Pouncey said. “It made sense, since our son is the next in line for football in the Pouncey family tree.”

Floor-to-ceiling windows frame sweeping views of the water and city skyline, while an elevator connects all levels, including a third-floor retreat with a wet bar, a gym and an open terrace.

The main living area flows into a sleek kitchen equipped with a large island, ideal for hosting, and extends effortlessly to outdoor spaces featuring a pool, a summer kitchen and a private dock.

Pouncey said his favorite features of the home include, “living on the water with easy access to the inlet and the sandbar.”

“The view from the third floor is next level — you can see all of downtown Fort Lauderdale,” he added.

Integrated with Control4 smart home systems, the property also offers a two-car garage and dual driveways. Its prime position puts high-end shopping, dining and beaches within easy reach.

Pouncey carved out a notable career after being drafted 15th overall by the Miami Dolphins in 2011.

A University of Florida alum, he contributed to a BCS National Championship and earned All-American recognition before his professional tenure, which included stints with the Dolphins and later the Los Angeles Chargers.

He stepped away from the game in February 2021 after a decade on the field, alongside his twin brother, fellow NFL retiree Maurkice Pouncey.
