Construction worker hurt in Turnpike ramp crash in Miami-Dade

A Nissan SUV on Okeechobee Road was attempting to turn left onto the Turnpike entrance ramp when it hit a pickup truck, according to the FHP. The impact sent the SUV into a construction zone where it hit a cement truck and a worker.
