Ryan Serhant Announces He Sold a $200 Million Property
Ryan Serhant just reached an exciting — and quite lucrative — career milestone.
While jet-setting to Miami this week, the Million Dollar Listing New York alum managed to secure a nine-figure real estate deal, marking his biggest transaction as a seller’s broker.
Ryan Serhant closes an impressive real estate deal mid-flight
“Sold and closed the most expensive home of my entire career today for just under $200M,” he wrote in a February 4 Instagram Story. “And I did the deal over the phone. Wire hit while I was in the air to visit [Serhant Miami] to launch our sales center for Mercedes… Everyone was clapping, even the pilots. What. Is. Life.”
Ryan concluded the post with “2025” and the mind-blown emoji.
Ryan Serhant makes business moves in Miami
The father of one landed in the 305 for the opening of the Mercedes-Benz Places Sales Gallery, which will give prospective residents a taste of the luxury condominiums before they’re completed. According to a March 2024 press release, the waterfront property was designed by SHoP Architects and will feature nearly 800 homes across 67 stories.
Shortly after the project was announced last year, Ryan and his team confirmed they had sold 100 units within four days.
“I’m completely taken back,” Ryan said in the presser. “Since announcing the project just a few weeks ago, we have received unprecedented interest from around the globe. This is a passion project for our firm, and it’s incredible to see the outpouring of admiration and excitement for Mercedes Benz Places in Miami. Our success thus far is a true testament to JDS and the power of our brand partner. Mercedes Benz Places is creating a legacy for Miami real estate.”
The construction of Mercedes-Benz Places is slated to finish in 2027.
Ryan Serhant is selling Andy Cohen’s NYC apartment
Ryan made headlines in late 2024 when it was revealed he was selling Andy Cohen’s West Village apartment. The two spoke about the deal during the July 18 episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, when the eponymous host grilled Ryan about his asking price.
“Guess who’s selling my New York City apartment — my dream apartment,” Andy said. “Ryan Serhant is selling my apartment… Ryan’s going to be listing it this fall, I think?… You still feel good about this price?”
“Yes!” Ryan responded.
About two months later, Andy’s NYC unit officially hit the market for $14 million.
Ryan reflected on the listing in a September 4, 2024, Instagram post, saying his “jaw dropped” when he first stepped inside Andy’s home.
“I saw 25 windows with unobstructed views. I saw wood burning fireplaces. I saw an immaculate renovation and gorgeous finishes, a super fun design and an incredible floorplan for four bedrooms over 3,500 SF,” he recalled. “And then Andy said, ‘Hey! Stop looking at my home like a broker. You’re here for a play date with our kids. I’m never selling!’ Well. Never is now.”
