Tom Brady is looking to sell his massive Florida waterfront estate, just months after he completed a years-long renovation on the home.

According to Bloomberg, the NFL legend is “weighing the sale” of the Indian Creek Island home, claiming he has received bids valuing it at more than $US150 million ($A238 million).

Sources told the outlet the megamansion is “being shown to a small group of potential buyers,” indicating that any future deal would be made off market.

If Brady decides to sell his home, it would become the most expensive single-family property ever sold in the Miami area.

The record is currently held by billionaire and Citadel CEO Ken Griffin, who paid $US107 million for his mansion in Coconut Grove in 2022.

The seven-time Super Bowl winner snapped his residence for $US17 million in 2020, while he was still married to supermodel Gisele Bündchen.

The pair had plans to build a home as their family base. But before construction could be completed, Brady and Bündchen announced that they were divorcing in October 2022 after 13 years of marriage.

Per their divorce settlement, Brady held on to the Indian Creek property, while his former spouse moved into her own Miami abode — a stunning $US11.5 million mansion that sits just across the bay from her ex-husband’s dwelling.

Over the years, the former New England Patriots quarterback has ploughed millions of dollars into an extensive gut renovation of the home, which has only recently been completed.

Situated in the “Billionaire Bunker, the sprawling estate features a two-storey waterfront home, a separate gym, pool, sport court and a cabana.

Indian Creek Island has been considered as one of Miami’s most exclusive neighbourhoods.

In recent years, the area has seen a huge influx of high-profile residents, including Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner, as well as Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez.

The artificially constructed barrier island holds just 41 residential properties, most of which sit along the edge of the 300-acre area. It is considered to be one of the most affluent and private communities in the world.

Indian Creek Island has its own police force and can be accessed by one bridge, which has a checkpoint. Only residents and their permitted guests are allowed onto the island.

Many of the existing homes on the island have been bought up and renovated extensively, with Trump and Kushner completing an incredible overhaul of their $US24 million ($A35 million) megamansion earlier this year. The couple bought the home in April 2021.

Meanwhile, Bezos and Sanchez are understood to have purchased three different properties on the island with a view of turning them into one enormous compound.

Most recently, he purchased a $US90 million ($A142 million) six-bedroom mansion in an off-market deal.

The Amazon founder is reportedly using that property as his current residence while work on his other two homes (which cost $US68 million and $US79 million, respectively) is completed.
