Rare Country Club of Miami golf course layout seeks builder

Miami-Dade County has teed up a new design for its Country Club of Miami in Hialeah that would convert two 18-hole golf courses into one 27-hole course and one par three 12-hole short course, but it’s having trouble getting a firm to design and build the project.
