MIAMI REALTORS® launches data-sharing partnership with Ohio Realtor group

The MIAMI Association of REALTORS® recently launched a data-sharing partnership with Dayton REALTORS® in Ohio, its sixth such relationship.

In addition to Dayton REALTORS, which serves over 5,000 MLS subscribers in southwest Ohio, MIAMI REALTORS shares its Southeast Florida MLS (SEFMLS) property listings with REcolorado, the largest MLS in Colorado; the California Regional Multiple Listing Service, the largest MLS in the United States; Omni MLS, Mexico’s largest MLS; FMLS in Georgia; and Realcomp, the largest MLS in Michigan.

These IntraMatrix reciprocal partnerships, which allow Realtors in one MLS system to search and view listings of another MLS, provide new referral opportunities and additional listing exposure for South Florida properties. The six partnerships mean MIAMI REALTORS now shares reciprocal MLS access with over 286,000 Realtors nationwide, the group said.

“MIAMI and its data-share partners are gaining even more listing exposure for their clients thanks to these landmark partnerships in key markets,” MIAMI REALTORS CEO Teresa King Kinney said. “Through IntraMatrix, Realtors can network, build exciting new referral opportunities and make more deals.”

MIAMI REALTORS noted that it is planning more MLS partnership deals.

“Along with other associations we’ve partnered with to share property data within the CoreLogic Matrix framework, this collaboration with Miami REALTORS will enable us to deliver the highest quality of service and provide maximum listing exposure for our members and their clients,” Dayton REALTORS CEO Carlton Jackson said.
