Tua Tagovailoa of Miami Dolphins ranked 36th-best player in NFL

MIAMI GARDENS – Miami Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa is the 36th-best player in the NFL according to a Top 100 player vote unveiled on NFL Network on Monday.

Tua is ranked ahead of Joe Burrow, Jared Goff, Matthew Stafford, Kirk Cousins, Aaron Rodgers and Trevor Lawrence.

Patrick Mahomes, Lamar Jackson, Dak Prescott and Josh Allen appear to be among quarterbacks ranked higher.

Tua has just agreed to a 4-year, $212 million contract extension.

“I’m so happy for him and his family,” Dolphins receiver Jaylen Waddle said. “He’s got a crazy journey. And I’m happy to be a part of it.”

“I’m proud of Tua,” Dolphins tight end Durham Smythe said. “He’s the right guy to lead this team and this organization. And he got what he deserved.”

NFL Top 100 list includes loads of Miami Dolphins

Other Miami Dolphins who have already been included on the Top 100 list include: Terron Armstead (No. 67), Jordan Poyer (No. 65), Jaylen Waddle (No. 63), Bradley Chubb (No. 62) and Raheem Mostert (No. 60).

Cornerback Jalen Ramsey and wide receiver Tyreek Hill will likely be in the Top 25.

Hill was just revealed to have a 99 rating in the Madden video game.
