NFL future odds: Miami Dolphins wide receivers Tyreek Hill, Jaylen Waddle, Odell Beckham, Jr., prop bets 2024

Last week, we examined the passing yards and passing touchdown prop bet odds for Miami Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa. This afternoon, we continue that series by turning to Miami’s dynamic duo of wide receivers Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle and the newly added Odell Beckham, Jr. What should we expect to see from them in 2024?

The oddsmakers at DraftKings Sportsbook provide us with an early projection for both players. Can Miami have a third-straight season with both players topping the 1,000-yard receiving mark? Can Hill reach the 2,000-yard receiving mark, making him the first to ever do so?

How does free agent addition Odell Beckham, Jr., fit into the equation?

As we did with Tagovailoa, we take a look at where the DraftKings Sportsbook over/under lines for all three players are set. We also give you a chance to weigh in on what you think will happen.

Tyreek Hill receiving yards: 1,375.5

Over: +105
Under: -125

2023: 1,799 (league leader)

Based on his 2023 campaign, an over/under set at 1,375.5 seems low, especially when you add that his 2022 season ended with 1,710 receiving yards. Since being in Miami, 1,375 receiving has been far in Hill’s rearview mirror each season. That said, he is projected to be the league leader again for 2024. He is ahead of the Dallas Cowboys’ CeeDee Lamb (1,350.5), the Cincinnati Bengals’ Ja’Marr Chase (1,300.5), and the Minnesota Vikings’ Justin Jefferson (1,275.5).

Poll

Will Tyreek Hill be over or under 1,375.5 receiving yards in 2024?

Jaylen Waddle receiving yards: 1,000.5

Over: -110
Under: -110

2023: 1,014

The oddsmakers project Waddle right at the 1,000-yard mark, keeping the streak of two 1,000-yard receivers alive but just barely. Through his first three seasons, Waddle has reached 1,000 yards every year, tallying 1,015 as a rookie In 2021 and 1,356 yards in 2022 before last year’s 1,014-yard performance in 14 games. Waddle is surrounded in the projections by several key players, including the Los Angeles Rams’ Puka Nacua (1,150.5), the New York Jets’ Garrett Wilson (1,125.5), the Houston Texans’ Nico Collins (1,050.5) and the Philadelphia Eagles’ DeVonta Smith (1050.5). Tied with Waddle at 1,000.5 are the Oakland Raiders’ Davante Adams, Arizona Cardinals’ rookie Marvin Harrison, Jr., the Seattle Seahawks’ D.K. Metcalf, and the Pittsburgh Steelers’ George Pickens. Former Buffalo Bills wideout Stefon Diggs, who was traded to the Texans this offseason, has not been below the 1,000-yard mark since 2017, including last year’s 1,183 receiving yards performance; he is projected to have 900.5 yards.

Poll

Will Jaylen Waddle be over or under 1,000.5 receiving yards in 2024?

Odell Beckham, Jr., receiving yards: 400.5

Over: -125
Under: +105

2023 (with Baltimore Ravens): 565

The oddsmakers are not expecting a rebound from OBJ, who has not reached 1,000 yards since his 2019 season with the Cleveland Browns. He was limited to just 319 yards in seven games in 2021, then 537 yards in 16 games split between the Browns and the Los Angeles Rams. After not playing in 2022 as he recovered from an ACL tear, he played in 14 games last year with Baltimore with 35 receptions for 565 yards. Miami is looking to Beckham to serve as the third receiving option behind Hill and Waddle, leading to this projection.

Poll

Will Odell Beckham, Jr., be over or under 400.5 receiving yards in 2024?

Tyreek Hill receiving touchdowns: 9.5

Over: +115
Under: -135

2023: 13 (league leader)

Hill is tied for the league lead in the DraftKings Sportsbook projections, sharing the 9.5 mark with Lamb. Hill has reached double-digit touchdowns three times in his career, first in 2018 with 12, then in 2020 with 15, and last year with 13. He has averaged exactly 9.5 touchdowns in each of his first eight years in the league.

Poll

Will Tyreek Hill be over or under 9.5 touchdown receptions in 2024?

Jaylen Waddle receiving touchdowns: 5.5

Over: +110
Under: -130

2023: 4

Waddle was limited to 14 games played last year, leading to his career low in touchdown receptions. He scored on six passes as a rookie in 2021 then had eight touchdown receptions in 2022. Will he rebound after last year’s four-touchdown performance? The oddsmakers seem to think he will move up at least a little.

Poll

Will Jaylen Waddle be over or under 5.5 touchdown receptions in 2024?

Odell Beckham, Jr., receiving touchdowns: 2.5

Over: -140
Under: +120

2023 (with Baltimore Ravens): 3

In 14 games last year, Beckham scored just three times, tied with the 2017 season (when he played four games) and the 2020 season (seven games played) for the lowest touchdown reception totals of his career. Will he poach some touchdown catches away from Hill and Waddle this year?

Poll

Will Odell Beckham, Jr., be over or under 9.5 touchdown receptions in 2024?
