MIAMI, Okla. –

A former Rogers County judge with a history of drunk driving is in custody at the Ottawa County jail after officers said she was drinking and crashed into the Taco Bell drive-thru lane.

Kassie McCoy was arrested Friday after Miami police said she drove from the scene of the drive-thru crash.

They took her into custody near the scene.

Police said she told officers “she would have his job” because she was a judge in Rogers County.

She’s facing charges of DUI and leaving the scene, police say.
