Retired sports broadcasting legend Marv Albert is moving on from his high-floor condo in Miami.

The longtime voice of the NBA is ready to sell his three-bedroom, three-bathroom unit for $3.5 million.

Sized at 2,158 square feet, the bright and sunny home offers views of the ocean and city skyline. The unit was purchased by Albert in 2005 for $1,093,380.

Located in the ICON South Beach luxury building, Albert’s apartment on the 32nd floor features high-quality finishes and design by French architect Philippe Starck.

The light-filled living room is spacious and inviting, and the kitchen is equipped with Miele and Sub-Zero appliances.

The main bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a large shower, deep soaking tub, and two vanities. A large balcony spans part of the unit, offering space for lounging or dining al fresco.

Albert’s condo comes with an office and a parking space in the garage.

The upscale building offers residents the use of two pools, a billiard room, fitness center, spa with both steam and sauna, library, and event rooms. There’s also an in-house restaurant.

Albert got his start in basketball TV broadcasting at NBC Sports in 1977 and continued in the post for 22 years. He was also the voice of the New York Knicks, calling games for the franchise until 2004.

Albert retired in 2021 but not before amassing a storied career that included calling 12 NBA Finals, eight Super Bowls, eight Stanley Cup Finals for the NHL, and four Olympic games on both TV and radio.
