MIAMI REALTORS® launches MLS app for members 

The MIAMI Association of REALTORS® recently launched MLS-Touch, a multiple listings service (MLS) mobile app, as a free benefit that allows its 60,000 members to connect to Southeast Florida MLS (SEFMLS) from their devices.

MLS-Touch allows members to text and email property listings directly from the app to their clients. Realtors can also provide their clients the same real-time listing data that they see in the SEFMLS by branding and sharing their own mobile app.  

The app also provides smart searches, live market stats, comparables, hotsheets and Facebook publishing. CoreLogic property insights, which show parcel boundary lines, tax and ownership/occupancy details, property sell scores, automated valuation-model data and flood zone data, are also included. 

“MIAMI REALTORS® SEFMLS is the source for South Florida’s most current and accurate real estate listing data,” CEO Teresa King Kinney said in a press release. “MIAMI members now have the power of the SEFMLS wherever they go. Homebuyers and sellers benefit immensely, as Realtors can now share their own branded mobile app with clients, giving them access to all listings in their market.”
