Shooting at Hilton Miami Downtown hotel leaves man injured – NBC 6 South Florida

A heavy police presence could be seen on Biscayne Boulevard Wednesday morning as police investigated a shooting at the Hilton Miami Downtown that happened overnight.

Police told NBC6 that units responded to a man shot at 1601 Biscayne Blvd. at 2:27 a.m.

According to authorities, possible suspects have been detained. They also confirmed that the victim is in stable condition.

There is no additional information regarding the victim’s identity or age. It’s not clear if the shooting happened inside or outside the hotel.
