How to watch MLS, live stream
Inter Miami will continue a busy start to 2024, with Lionel Messi and Co. heading across the country to face the LA Galaxy.
Sunday night’s clash at Dignity Health Sports Park serves as the Galaxy’s season opener, and could be an explosive match. Miami, with Messi and Luis Suárez up front, poses a major threat to what was the worst defense in MLS last year.
Miami opened the season with a 2-0 home win over Real Salt Lake on Wednesday, getting goals from Robert Taylor and Diego Gómez. While head coach Gerardo “Tata” Martino had to be pleased with a dominant first half, he might not have enjoyed watching a very shaky second 45 minutes, especially with the lack of rest before a long flight to California for Sunday’s game.

However, Greg Vanney’s side has plenty of firepower of its own, spending nearly $20 million to add wingers Joseph Paintsil and Gabriel Pec this winter. With those two flanking Riqui Puig, the Galaxy are built to play wild shootouts rather than grinding it out against the Herons.
Here’s everything you need to know ahead of the match.
