Manning Sumner’s Legacy, No Days Off Lease HQ in Miami
Legacy | Little River
Celebrities and athletes’ trainer Manning Sumner will open his Legacy gym and his No Days Off water and apparel brand in Miami’s Little River.
Legacy and No Days Off leased the 12,000-square-foot facility at 7400 Northwest Miami Court, where the brands also will base their headquarters, according to the tenants’ news release. The gym, a store and co-working space will open this fall.
Manning founded Legacy in 2008, and also No Days Off, which includes the apparel store and still and sparkling water brand NDO H2O.
The Little River facility will include Legacy’s Partner Interval Training P.I.T. proprietary system and a 1,000-square-foot physical therapy space, the release says.
Miami-based MVW Partners and Nashville-based AJ Capital Partners own the property, as part of their bet on Little River. In 2021, AJ Capital invested in MVW’s portfolio in the neighborhood, buying a majority ownership stake in 320,000 square feet across 24 acres. AJ Capital bought seven warehouses in Little River in 2022 for a combined $17.3 million.
Chep | Palm Beach County
Supply chain services company Chep will open at the recently completed Palm Beach Airport Logistics Center.
Dallas-based Dalfen Industrial developed the 133,000-square-foot industrial building at 2860 Ranch House Road on 10.5 acres near Palm Beach International Airport, according to a news release from the landlord’s broker. Dalfen is led by Sean Dalfen.
Kirk Nelson and Robert Smith of CBRE represented Dalfen.
The release didn’t identify the tenant, and Nelson and Smith declined to name the tenant. But public records show Chep, a subsidiary of Australian publicly traded firm Brambles, leased the building. The deal was signed in December, according to an agreement between the tenant, landlord and TD Bank that was filed to the county. The agreement is for Chep to subordinate its lease to a $16.4 million loan provided by TD Bank.
Chep provides pallets, crates and containers for transportation of dry food, produce, health care items, beverages and other goods, according to its LinkedIn.
