McCarter & English Adds Two Real Estate Partners, Team in Miami

Manuel A. Fernandez and Alberto J. Delgado have joined McCarter & English as partners in the real estate practice group in the Miami office, the firm said Tuesday.

The duo, who joins from Alvarez & Diaz-Silveira LLP, will advise clients on commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions, commercial leases, transactions involving distressed real estate assets and loans, and real estate joint ventures, according to McCarter & English.

Alongside the pair joins a team comprised of an associate, paralegal, and legal assistant.
