Have a unique “Miami Voice”? It could end up as part of an art mural piece that captures the collective resolve that makes Miami

The Greater Miami area is an exciting and diverse community, with some of the most driven and special people in the US.

The Miami-Dade Beacon Council has partnered with Miami-Dade County’s inaugural artist-in-residence Xavier Cortada to co-create a participatory art piece that captures the collective resolve of our community and are looking for Miami residents to lend their voice to an art piece co-created with you.

They are looking for voices and stories on from individuals or organizations who are helping build a more sustainable, inclusive, and competitive economy for Greater Miami.

Once collected, the responses will be shared with Cortada, who will incorporate them into a “Building a Greater Miami” digital mural that will be unveiled during the first quarter of 2024.

The goal is to find voices, vision, and collaboration to ensure the Greater Miami’s economy is shaped in a way that supports the health, wealth, and prosperity of every person and business that calls it home.
