Where Do The Real Housewives Of Miami Ladies Live?
The Real Housewives of Miami is back on Bravo with a new season airing on Wednesdays, and the ‘Wives are not only bringing the hottest fashions with them, but some of the hottest real estate in the world. There’s been moves, relocations, and even farms purchased over the seasons. From mansions to beachfront real estate to acres of land, we’re taking a look at the Miami neighborhoods featured on the show.
Here’s where the Real Housewives of Miami live:
Lisa Hochstein’s new Miami Beach condo
Lisa Hochstein is making a big move this season, right on up to a new beachside condo in Miami Beach after moving out of her estranged husband Lenny’s Star Island mansion.
The 5500+ square foot condo comes with a $32,000 a month bill, according to Page Six. The prime real estate includes five bedrooms and five-and-a-half bathrooms that take up an entire floor. There’s floor-to-ceiling windows as well as a wraparound balcony with a private hot tub. Most importantly for Lisa’s wardrobe, there are also large walk-in closets.
Lisa shared a few peeks inside her new home on Instagram Stories during a birthday party for her boyfriend, Jody Glidden, on September 11. Lisa’s also been an avid art collector, and showed off some new pieces behind the birthday decorations in her stories.
Larsa Pippen’s Miami Beach penthouse
Larsa Pippen also lives in Miami Beach, in a penthouse she bought in 2022 for $3.375 million, according to TMZ. Besides four bedroom and five bathrooms, the luxurious pad comes with five pools, a game room, a fitness studio, and even a recording studio. The 3300+ square foot condo includes floor-to-ceiling windows for incredible views.
“This apartment is definitely very open,” she told Bravo. “It has lots of natural light, which I love.”
She showed off her home in a tour to Bravo, describing her style as “minimalist.” Her bathroom and tub boasts incredible views of the city which Larsa called “pretty spectacular,” and Larsa pointed to the views of the water from her bedroom.
Julia Lemigova’s Miami Beach home and Broward County farm
Julia Lemigova and her wife, Martina Navratilova, call two places home: their primary residence in Miami Beach, as well as a rural farm in Broward County, according to Washington Blade.
“Life is about sacrifices, and I know Martina really wanted to be in our new house in Miami,” Julia said about making the beach their main home. “But, my soul is with my animals, and we’re trying to find a balance.”
The couple bought the new farm in 2022 that is “almost three times bigger than the old one.” During a tour of the property, Julia explained that it’s a working farm: she sells eggs, avocados and guavas. But Julia admitted Martina “has mixed feelings about the farm,” and added, “Farming is not really her thing.”
No matter which home she’s in, Julia told the Washington Blade she loves them both.

“I jiggle between high-heeled shoes and chicken galoshes,” she told the outlet. “I’m comfortable in both. I’m at the beach house in high heeled shoes, and I have galoshes in my pickup truck for when I pick up my hay and feed for the animals. Then I join Martina later for some glamorous dinner in Miami Beach.”
Alexia Nepola’s Porsche Design Tower apartment on Sunny Isles Beach
Alexia Nepola told Page Six she and her family have lived in their apartment on the 52nd floor of the Porsche Design Tower for more than seven years. She gave Bravo a tour of the 10,000-square foot spot that overlooks Sunny Isles Beach. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room boast breathtaking ocean views.
“This is what I wake up to every morning,” Alexia said during the tour with Bravo as she gestured out to the ocean visible through her bedroom windows.
She even has a kitchenette with a fridge built into her bedroom for middle-of-the-night water runs. A keypad code is needed to gain access to her massive walk-in closet.
“I love it in here, honestly,” she said during the tour. “I would really love for it to be only mine, but I get it, I have to share with Todd.”
There’s a jacuzzi out on the wraparound porch, but that’s not the only amazing design feature. Her home also includes a private garage with four parking spaces she can access from up on the 52nd floor.

Nicole Martin’s Coral Gables mansion
Dr. Nicole Martin may have sold her gorgeous Coral Gables home to Jeff Bezos’ parents for $34 million, but she didn’t go far: She and her fiancé, Anthony Lopez, bought another Coral Gables mansion in November 2022, according to The Real Deal.
Nicole’s previous home was featured in Architectural Digest after she and Anthony spent a year renovating the 9,000-square-foot Mediterranean-style waterfront estate. She gave Bravo a tour of the home back in 2022, showing off the chef’s kitchen, media room, and wine cellar.
Nicole and Anthony paid $21.5 million for their new seven-bedroom home, according to The Real Deal. The one-acre estate includes waterfront access and a 75-foot dock. It also has a chef’s kitchen and wine cellar, as well as a beautiful backyard with a pool, outdoor kitchen, cabana, and fire pit.

Anthony said he and Nicole plan to do another renovation on this home as well, according to the outlet.
Guerdy Abraira’s North Miramar home
Guerdy Abraira and her family reside in a neighborhood north of Miami, in Miramar, Florida, according to Virtual Globetrotting.
She’s lived with her husband, Russell, and two sons for 14 years, according to Ebony, and it took her viewing 60 homes to land on the right one. She told the outlet she was drawn to the open floor plan, huge windows, and calming energy in the house.
Even though the parties and events she plans are full of color, her own decorating style at home is very different.
“As a party planner, you probably thought I was going to have so much color in my house,” Guerdy said in a tour of her home with Bravo. “But everything in here is tone on tone because I need to come to a zen space. It’s perfect.”
Season 6 of The Real Housewives of Miami airs on Bravo on Wednesdays at 9/8c.
