South Florida Judge Resigns | Daily Business Review

A judge has resigned after serving just over three years on the Miami-Dade Circuit Court bench, despite having run for state court judicial office four times and defeating an incumbent with over two decades of experience.

Miami-Dade Circuit Judge Rosy Aponte tendered her resignation, effective Dec. 31, however, the state court’s office of general counsel declined to provide any additional information, including the reason for her resignation.
