A waterfront mansion on a triple lot in Miami Beach, FL, has just hit the market for an astonishing $65 million, making it this week’s most expensive home.

The spread includes a 12,700-square-foot, ” beautifully livable” mansion on a 1.4-acre lot, which comes with three docks and a boatlift.

The listing suggests a new owner might want to build one huge home across the three lots, complete with an oversized pool and a pickleball court.

The listing also notes that the 1930s-era dwelling can be leased for income “while you craft your vision for a dream home.”

There are “endless possibilities and the chance to create your ideal waterfront sanctuary,” it notes. The sale of the property can include plans from a “world-renowned architect.”
