Delilah Miami | Brickell | Miami
Hospitality firm The h.wood Group will open Delilah Miami restaurant in Brickell.
The Los Angeles-based company leased 10,700 square feet at 801 Brickell Bay Drive in Miami, where it will open the Delilah Miami eatery in December, according to The h.wood Group’s news release. The space includes a terrace overlooking Brickell Bay.
Founded in 2008, The h.wood Group is led by John Terzian and Brian Toll. Its other Delilah restaurants are in Los Angeles and Las Vegas.
Cactus Club Cafe | downtown Miami
Cactus Club Cafe will open at its first Florida restaurant Citigroup Center in downtown Miami.
The Vancouver, British Columbia-based eatery leased 10,000 square feet at the office tower at 201 South Biscayne Boulevard, according to the landlords’ news release. The space includes indoor and outdoor dining, as well as a lounge.
Cactus Club Cafe is led by chefs at Test Kitchen, according to the restaurant’s website. Andrew Latchford is Cactus Club Cafe president.
Lyle Stern and Sara Wolfe of Vertical represented the landlords. Taryn Brandes and Emily Green of Brand Urban represented the tenant.
CP Group, formerly called Crocker Partners, as well as Monarch Alternative Capital and
Tourmaline Capital Partners own the 34-story Citigroup Center.
Wrap Technologies | Coconut Grove | Miami
CGI Merchant scored four office leases for nearly 13,000 square feet in Miami’s Coconut Grove neighborhood.
Wrap Technologies, a global public safety tech and services firm based in Tempe, Arizona, took 4,500 square feet at 3480 Main Highway, according to a news release from the landlord’s broker. The other newly signed tenants were not disclosed and identified as two hedge funds and a private equity firm.
Stephen Rutchik and Tyler de la Peña of Colliers represented CGI.
Led by Raoul Thomas, CGI is a real estate investment manager with a portfolio of $500 million of assets under management, according to its website. It is based at 3480 Main Highway.
