Residences by Armani/Casa Tops Weekly Miami-Dade Condo Sales


Miami-Dade County condo sales, total dollar volume and price per square foot slid last week, contradicting gains made the week prior. 

Brokers closed 111 condo sales totaling $60 million last week, a drop from 127 sales brokers closed the week prior, totaling $87 million. 

Units sold for an average of $543,000, lower than the $784,000 from the week prior. The average price per square foot fell to $465 from $555, according to data from condo.com. Last week, condos closed after an average of 72 days on the market.

For the top 10 sales, prices ranged from $1.2 million to $3.8 million.

Residences by Armani/Casa unit 2403 at 18975 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach took the top spot with a $3.8 million closing. The sale equated to $1,673 per square foot after 205 days on the market. Annabella Jaimes with Cervera Real Estate had the listing and Enrique Leizorek with Intraproperties represented the seller.

A Mar-Azul condo snagged second place with a $2 million sale. Unit PH11ES at 600 Grapetree Drive in Key Biscayne closed at $706 per square foot after 56 days on the market. Paulette Monseratte-Schena with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices had the listing. Maria Parra Loughlin with Compass Florida represented the seller.
